NBIC to offer free RLabs Social Networking Training in Ongwediva
Windhoek, 07 May 2013 – For the first time ever, the Namibia Business Innovation Centre (NBIC) will be hosting a free Reconstructed Living Labs (RLabs) Social Networking Training targeted at young motivated individuals from Ongwediva and surrounding areas with a desire to learn more about social media. The sessions will take place from 27 - 31 May, 17 - 21 June and 1 - 5 July 2013 at the Sam Nujoma Multi Purpose Centre.
With an increasing number of young people making use of Social Media in the country, NBIC sees the importance of equipping them with skills that they can use to create job opportunities for themselves. Through the training, participants will gain knowledge on how to use different social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Blogging, etc) and they will learn IT skills.
The training is free of charge and we urge any young, motivated individual to come and enter the digital industry. To Register, simply email asnath@rlabs.org or call 061 207 2885 before 21May 2013. Application forms can be downloaded at nbic.org.na
